Job summary

KBH Industrial is seeking a seasoned Project Manager Lead to oversee capital programs in Richland, WA. You will manage a project team of five to ten, drive planning, scheduling and control, and ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget execution while interfacing with client finance and project controls groups.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, contracts, and long-range plans, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 14+ years of experience.
• PM certification required.
• Advanced degree may substitute two years of experience.
• Nuclear industry or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and cost management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium capital projects including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Direct activities of project teams and coordinate with client, engineers, and management.
• Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.
• Prepare and deliver communications to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support outage-related activities and ALARA planning.
