Job summary

Framatome's Richland plant requires a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements within a 24/7 nuclear operating environment.

You will work with engineering, operations, QA, nuclear safety, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant execution and on-time turnover to operations. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience are expected, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Good communication skills to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Root-cause analysis and problem-resolution focus.
• Excellent report development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Lead planning reviews, hazard analyses, and readiness verifications.
• Coordinate procurement, stakeholder communications, and resource needs.
• Oversee daily project activities with safety and regulatory compliance in mind.
• Close out by archiving QA documentation and updating procedures.
