Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Project Manager in Richland, WA to lead maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements in a 24/7 nuclear manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, QA, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in a regulated industrial or nuclear environment.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility & intake: define technical needs, assess feasibility within regulatory boundaries, identify production impacts.
• Proposal development: create scopes, cost estimates, schedules and QA requirements for production orders.
• Project planning & initiation: develop detailed plans with nuclear safety controls and configuration management; lead reviews and readiness verifications.
• Project execution: oversee daily activities, coordinate labor and contractors in controlled areas, track schedule and budget, manage changes.
• Closeout: archive QA documentation, update procedures, conduct lessons learned and support financial closeout.
