A leading nuclear energy development company seeks a Project Manager - Engineering to oversee multiple complex projects at their Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters. This role involves leading project streams related to the Integral Molten Salt Reactor technology, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder relationships. Candidates should possess strong project management skills, significant experience in technical environments, and a deep understanding of nuclear systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in complex technical environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the nuclear industry or comparable highly regulated sector.
  • Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $5M.

Responsibilities

  • Lead simultaneous project streams for the Reactor Pilot Program and Fuel Line Pilot Facility.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budget for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and safety.
