Job summary

Terrestrial Energy seeks a Project Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC headquarters and support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of project controls across IMSR programs. You will help ensure accurate schedules, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications in a highly regulated advanced nuclear technology environment.

Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, the role emphasizes schedule management, dashboards, and collaboration with engineering, safety,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in project planning or coordination for complex engineering projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and build collaborative relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls activities across programs including Reactor Pilot Program and related facilities.
• Gather and analyze project data, prepare schedules, forecasts, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, version control, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and laboratories to align schedules and deliverables.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, track actions, and ensure follow‑through.
• Identify risks and support mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
