Job summary

Terrestrial Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and controls across IMSR programs. You will help ensure accurate schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications in a highly regulated advanced nuclear technology environment.

The role requires experience in project controls, MS Projects, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, safety, quality, and licensing teams. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Visio for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze project data to prepare detailed schedules and status updates.
• Support schedule forecasts by analyzing activities, cost accruals, and change logs.
• Integrate supplier and national laboratory schedules into the program timeline.
• Track resource allocations and identify bottlenecks early.
• Develop standardized project controls templates and best practices.
• Prepare progress and variance reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
