Job summary

Terrestrial Energy Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling and project controls across IMSR programs, including the Reactor Pilot Program and Fuel Line facilities.

You will ensure accurate schedules, reporting and stakeholder communications in a regulated nuclear technology environment. The successful candidate will assist in developing templates, tracking progress, and coordinating with engineering, procurement and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related field required.
• Experience planning, coordinating and reporting on complex engineering projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, planning and control activities across programs.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and variance analyses.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, QA and licensing teams.
• Utilize MS Project and other tools to track milestones and actions.
