Job summary

Terrestrial Energy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, coordination, and project controls across programs including the Reactor Pilot Program and IMSR development, ensuring schedules, reporting and stakeholder communications stay accurate and aligned with program objectives in a regulated advanced nuclear setting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in project planning or coordination for complex engineering projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise across levels of the organization.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Visio for scheduling and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with procurement, vendors, and laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls, scheduling, and status updates across programs.
• Prepare schedule forecasts, cost accruals, and change logs.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and national laboratories.
• Create dashboards and maintain project documentation and version control.
• Lead meetings, capture minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Occasional travel to project sites as required.
