Job summary

Allied Staff Augmentation Partners is seeking a Project Controller for nuclear projects to support Project Managers across the full lifecycle, from initiation to closeout. The role provides broad exposure to project controls within a nuclear project environment.

You will assist with project documentation, meetings, scheduling, estimating, funding, risk management, field walkdowns, vendor coordination, and closeout activities, while maintaining organized electronic folders and ensuring proper

Qualifications

• Experience providing project controls, project coordination, engineering support, or project management support.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Ability to support multiple projects and Project Managers simultaneously.
• Experience working with electronic project documentation and file management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings and record minutes and action items.
• Maintain organized electronic project folders and documentation.
• Develop PID, URS, and SOW documents and coordinate approvals.
• Support Primavera P6 scheduling, milestones, and schedule updates.
• Assist with funding, CEPs, and project estimatings.
• Support project closeout activities and documentation.
