Job summary

Turnkey Technical Services is seeking a Principal Project Controls Specialist for a 12-month+ assignment supporting complex nuclear-related programs. You will lead cost and schedule control, develop baselines, and provide financial analysis and reporting to program management.

The role requires expert proficiency with automated accounting systems and site business tools, strong knowledge of CAS/FAR principles, and leadership of a project controls team across multi-project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires expert proficiency in automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems.
• Practical experience using Site Business systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management and cost/schedule control at the tactical level.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost and schedule baselines and milestone schedules; create work breakdown structures and spend plans.
• Provide leadership in advanced system applications and guide teams in complex, multi-project analyses.
• Participate in routine project cost reviews and implement basic change management for engineering and construction work.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate mitigation plans to management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including analyses, forecasts and spend plans.
• Train and lead other Project Controls personnel; apply CAS/FAR principles.
