Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus two years in a technical field, or HSD/GED with four years in a technical field.
• Level II requires same degrees with two years in a technical field; similar to Level I.
• Level III requires degree with two years in a technical field or H.S. diploma with four years in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities for outages and on-line work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk plans; resolve delays and conflicts.
• Mentor junior project managers; communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Support outage activities and corrective action programs as needed.
