Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a INF Production Maintenance Execution Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations on nuclear processing equipment within the nuclear safety framework. The role requires driving ISMS, safety and Conduct of Operations, and ensuring adherence to work control and procedures.

The position emphasizes supervision, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a high-safety environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
• In addition, the applicant must meet the requirements of DOE O 426.2A (i.e., High School diploma and 3 years nuclear experience; or a DOE O 426.2A alternative).
• Minimum 4 years of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance and business operations on nuclear processing equipment, systems and components in assigned nuclear production facilities within the nuclear criticality safety basis.
• Monitor performance indicators, safety, incidents/statistics, and cost information.
• Drive department implementation of Integrated Safety Management (ISMS) principles, Conduct of Operations requirements, Nuclear Criticality Safety, and other key plant programs.
• Provide oversight on crew briefs, pre-job briefings, and post-job reviews.
