Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a MFG Commissioning Support Team Member to provide technical oversight for facility startups in line with DOE Order 425.1. The role collaborates with生产, operations, safety, and project management to ensure readiness and safe, compliant startup execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide performance improvements, and maintain a hands-on presence in production areas to support developmental efforts and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• PhD.
• Meets DOE O 426.2A requirements (engineering or related science; nuclear experience).
• Twelve or more years of education/experience may satisfy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight to ensure compliance with DOE 425.1 during startups.
• Leads multi-discipline teams across production, operations, safety, and project management.
• Interfaces with management to ensure timely, effective readiness initiatives.
• Maintains floor-level presence to guide development efforts and performance improvements.
