ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support Power Uprate initiatives within our Nuclear Services Group. This high-visibility role drives reactor output optimization and regulatory-compliant solutions across the country.

You will lead design and engineering tasks, manage budgets, and coordinate with SMEs, project managers, and clients to deliver safe, cost-effective results. This role offers remote-friendly locations including King of Prussia, PA, with travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

  • Design Engineering experience with modification/implementation in power facilities
  • Minimum 6 years in nuclear/power/industrial as Engineer or PM
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or PMP) and 10 years' applicable experience
  • PE license strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discussions and align team to meet quality and deadlines
  • Manage budgets, refine proposals and identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate design engineering projects and serve as technical leader to ensure quality goals
  • Communicate with clients and manage project scope and relationships
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget
  • Develop winning, highly technical proposals and support marketing efforts
