Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Experience serving power generation utilities or related markets.
• Ability to travel 35–50% and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the North American nuclear power market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and engineering accounts.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage opportunities through CRM.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, customer service, and leadership to meet customer needs.
