Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and industry experience.
• 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or strategic account roles.
• Experience with power generation, utilities, or critical infrastructure markets.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a matrixed org.
• Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel 35-50%.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tooling to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic growth plan for the North American nuclear power market.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across utility, EPC, OEM, and engineering accounts.
• Expand market presence through customer engagement and industry networking.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely forecasts.
