Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Senior Reactor Operator to lead the development and execution of weekly maintenance plans, surveillance, and post-maintenance testing. You will apply leadership from prior supervisory roles to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient performance across the CEC. Strong cross-department coordination is essential.

A background in engineering/technical disciplines and an SRO license are preferred to meet regulatory standards and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• SRO license with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate weekly maintenance schedules to ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across departments to meet schedule goals.
• Coach and mentor work management and CEC personnel.
• Manage emergent priorities and allocate resources during execution weeks.
