Job summary

INPO in Atlanta seeks a Senior Operations Evaluator to lead monitoring, evaluation, and assistance activities for nuclear power stations in the assigned area. You will coordinate with utility personnel, INPO/WANO management, and industry groups to drive improvements.

Six+ years of professional work, SRO or Navy equivalent, and strong data analysis are required. Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally; confidentiality and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional work experience required.
• Four or more years of senior reactor operator experience on shift or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree preferred for engineering/physical science paths.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead Operations evaluator on WANO peer reviews and CI checks.
• Leads plant operations meetings and evaluation initiatives.
• Identifies and analyzes problems with plant operations and performance.
• Communicates effectively with utility personnel and management.
• Maintains unescorted access and travel readiness as required.
