Cardinal Health in Haslett, MI is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Under the direction of a licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, 18+ years, and pharmacy technician experience preferred. The role includes weekend/overnight shifts, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Registration with State Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• National pharmacy technician registration preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage up to 75 pounds.
• Experience in a nuclear or clean room environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draws doses into a syringe or vial under supervision.
• Prepares prescriptions with Staff Pharmacist approval.
• Performs quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Receives, documents, and stores pharmaceuticals per guidelines.
• Maintains computer inventory and records for Rx drugs.
• Assists in labeling blood cell products.
• Performs clerical tasks including receipts and billing records.
• Delivers products to accounts using company vehicle.
• Talks with customers and addresses questions by phone.
