Job summary

Cardinal Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Nights) to join Nuclear Pharmacy. Under supervision, you will draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals, type labels, and maintain records to comply with state and federal guidelines.

You will perform QA tests, manage inventory, label blood cell products, and assist with clerical tasks. Must have a valid driver’s license; state board registration or PTCB is preferred. Night shifts, weekends, and overtime required.

Qualifications

• Senior high school diploma or GED required; pharmacy training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Registration with State Board of Pharmacy or PTCB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals under supervision.
• Prepare prescriptions by labeling and obtaining pharmacist approval.
• Perform quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain inventory and records for Rx drugs.
• Assist with labeling blood cell products and general lab duties.
• Handle clerical tasks including receipts and billing records.
