Cardinal Health Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers under strict regulations. The role ensures safe, accurate, and timely radiopharmaceuticals, supporting lifesaving decisions in hospitals and imaging centers.

Rotating days/nights and on‑call coverage are required on a 24/7 schedule; you will work in a regulated environment with emphasis on precision and patient safety.

Qualificações

• Pharmacist degree required by start date.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of operation or in process.
• Willing to obtain multiple state licenses.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends, on call, holidays, overtime, or rotation.
• Intermediate computer skills (computers/tablets).
• Prior Authorized User certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Compounding nuclear medications and directing distribution with a team.
• Assessing inventory and procuring alternatives to ensure supply.
• Leading hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Directing internal workflows, staffing, and scheduling.
• Assisting in plans to lower costs and drive growth.
• Maintaining supplier/vendor relationships for drug components.
• Participating in administrative tasks and customer interactions.
• Delivering doses if necessary.
• Overseeing facility operations as Pharmacist in Charge if needed.
