Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Nuclear Performance Improvement Specialist to lead and implement performance improvement and organizational effectiveness programs at nuclear sites. You will train teams, promote high standards, and support fleet-wide initiatives to drive performance improvements across the fleet.

The role requires strong communication, team facilitation, and hands-on experience with PI processes, CAP, and Asset Suite, with on-site plant exposure preferred. Travel up to 15% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience.
• In lieu of degree, High School/GED with 8+ years related experience.
• On-site nuclear plant knowledge and PI program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Performance Improvement Programs and related activities.
• Provide program management and support for cross-functional meetings and reporting to senior management.
• Participate in external and internal assessments, benchmarking and continuous learning of PI programs.
