Duke Energy is seeking a Nuclear Performance Improvement Specialist to lead and implement performance improvement programs across nuclear sites, including CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OE, and safety culture initiatives.

The role emphasizes training others, establishing high standards, and driving fleet-wide performance improvements with cross-functional teamwork and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and minimum four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination with high school diploma plus eight years of related experience.
• Preferred background with nuclear performance improvement processes and PI program experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement performance improvement programs across nuclear sites.
• Support cross-functional meetings and provide quality information and reports for senior management.
• Participate in external and internal assessments, benchmarking, and continuous learning of PI programs.
