Job summary

Framatome North America seeks a Technical Training Operations Manager within the Installed Base Outage Services Organization in the Resource Development & Training Group. You will oversee and advance technical training programs across BWR, PWR, and Stearns Roger Services to ensure a qualified, continuously developing workforce for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 10 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
• Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full time training staff and a team of local, part time instructors
• Assess qualification and competency needs across the organization
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical training programs
• Drive continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and training mock ups
• Ensure timely, high quality communication and deliverables for internal and external customers
• Support strategic development of training capabilities aligned with business growth
• Ensures development and training of team members to optimize task results
• Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships
