Framatome North America in Lynchburg, Virginia, is seeking a seasoned training professional to lead the Training Oversight function. You will implement SAT and ADDIE curricula, maintain training records, and provide expert feedback on classroom and on-the-job training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in related fields, strong budgeting skills, and proven leadership to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Advanced knowledge of a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
• Knowledge in a relevant project management environment.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE processes per INPO requirements.
• Maintains training records and qualification/certification information.
• Observes classroom training, mock-ups, and on-the-job training; provides constructive feedback.
• Monitors worker job activities to identify performance gaps and determine training needs.
• Supports Training Oversight with technical expertise in training.
