Job summary

Constellation seeks a skilled Scheduler to coordinate and develop all forced, planned, and refuel outage schedules, focusing on activity, logic, resources, and constraints within our scheduling tool. You will work with peer schedulers, leads, engineers, and outage specialists to deliver accurate schedules.

The role requires a technical degree or SRO license with related experience, plus strong planning, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced energy-environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 3 years related experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years related experience.
• Associate's degree (technical) with 5 years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 7 years related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, accurate outage schedules and reports.
• Develop work windows and contingency plans with Leads, Engineers, and Planners.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings for pre-planning, implementation, and critique.
• Ensure open communications between departments, teams and system engineers.
• Identify and implement enhancements to outage development and execution processes.
• Perform other duties as directed, including emergency response and outages support.
