Qualifications

• Licensed Reactor Operator or SRO certification required for Senior role.
• Experience in commercial nuclear training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive training programs and ensure they are current with regulations.
• Prepare and conduct trainee evaluations and individualized training.
• Maintain auditable training records and respond to audits.
