• Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management for assigned employees.
• Coordinate with schedulers and planners to plan and execute work, including outages and refueling activities.
• Support training programs, surveillance, procedure revisions and CAP to ensure effective work practices.
• Oversee vendor inspections and repair of CEC equipment and ensure proper procurement of materials and tools.
