Job summary

Constellation Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, Illinois seeks a Supervisor Maintenance Instrumentation and Control to lead the Maintenance Division’s I&C activities. You will supervise crafts, coordinate with planners, and ensure safe, compliant execution of work in a nuclear power plant environment.

The role requires strong I&C experience, supervisory skills, and familiarity with NRC regulations; several responsibilities include mentoring staff and supporting outage activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED with 6 years of I&C experience; OR Associate's degree with 4 years; OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years in I&C.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical as applicable for duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance I&C activities to ensure safe and effective work.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of assigned personnel.
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager and CEC management.
• Coordinate with schedulers and planners to plan and execute work.
• Support training programs and corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in outage activities and emergency plan responses.
