Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic studies and radiopharmaceutical therapies using Nuc Med/PED-CT equipment, under department protocols. You will review orders, patient history, and ensure imaging quality.

Maintains equipment and assists with radiology workflow and safety. Qualified candidates will have CNMT and NMTCB credentials within 1 year, a Radiologic Technology certificate, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Certification as Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
• CNMT and NMTCB certification within 1 year.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic studies and administer radiopharmaceuticals per protocol.
• Review orders and patient history to ensure medical necessity.
• Maintain imaging equipment and PACS workflow; ensure safety.
• Assist in student and staff instruction; cross-train as needed.
