Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic studies and radiopharmaceutical administration per department protocols.
• Reviews cases with radiologist and reviews labs/patient history for medical necessity.
• Transfers and verifies image data in PACS and assists Radiologist interpretation.
• Maintains imaging equipment and workplace organization and reports service needs promptly.
• Ensures safety for patients and staff and participates in training of students or new staff.
