You will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, perform dose calibrations, and administer radiopharmaceuticals while adhering to radiation safety and Massachusetts licensing requirements. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining precise records are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred.
• Must read/write/communicate effectively in English with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate nuclear medicine cameras and related equipment to perform diagnostic exams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate using established handoff procedures.
• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals, dose calculations, and safe administration to patients.
• Perform gamma camera quality control procedures and data analysis.
• Maintain records per Massachusetts Radioactive Material License and department policies.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols to minimize exposure and harm.
• Assist in department operations and staffing coordination.
