Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, the technologist will perform nuclear medicine and PET procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure radiation safety. The role requires Texas licensure and appropriate national certifications.

Competenze

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• MTR State of Texas licensure required.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification required.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS provider.
• ACLS provider required within 6 months of hire or transfer date.

Mansioni

• Administers pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals as outlined in Nuclear Medicine Scope of Practice.
• Demonstrates radiation safety principles in daily practice.
• Performs general radiographic procedures as part of the Nuclear Medicine/P.E.T technologist scope.

Formazione

CAHEA accredited Nuclear Medicine program

MTR Texas license

ARRT NM or NMTCB certification

NMTCB PET certification

BLS provider

ACLS certification within 6 months
