Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to perform radiopharmaceutical and imaging procedures under the supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician. The role supports both inpatient and outpatient care at Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals, utilizing diverse cameras and equipment to aid diagnosis.

Candidates must hold a CAHEA-accredited Nuclear Medicine program, Texas MTR license, and ARRT NM or NMTCB cert.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA accredited school of Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• MTR Texas license.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification.
• NMTCB PET certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.
• ACLS provider required within 6 months of hire or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuclear medicine procedures under physician supervision.
• Operates nuclear medicine cameras and associated equipment.
• Administers radiopharmaceuticals per approved protocols.
• Maintains radiation safety practices and compliance.
