Job summary

Hmixray is seeking a Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist in Los Angeles to join a patient‑focused radiology team. You will perform high‑quality NM and PET/CT imaging, admin­ister radiopharmaceuticals, and guide patients through exams while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, professional communication, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. ARRT/NMTCB certification and state license are required.

Qualifications

• ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification required.
• State Nuclear Medicine License required.
• Venipuncture certification/permit required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality nuclear medicine and/or PET/CT images.
• Follow established nuclear medicine protocols and procedures.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases.
• Guide patients through the exam process and address questions.
• Monitor patient well‑being during exams and respond to issues.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and property.
• Safeguard medications on site in accordance with policies.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
