Job summary

Hmixray is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our imaging team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualified candidates hold ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification, a state license, and BLS. Experience in high-volume settings is preferred, with a commitment to compassionate patient interactions and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Must have current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
• State Nuclear Medicine License.
• Must have experience working in a high-volume setting.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality nuclear medicine and/or PET/CT images on patients with excellent care.
• Assures proper dose of radionuclides are ordered for each patient.
• Starts intravenous lines or performs venipuncture for isotope injection.
• Administers radionuclide in a safe and effective manner.
• Explains test procedures and safety precautions to patients.
