Job summary

Cardinal Health's Nuclear Manufacturing team is seeking a supervisor to manage PET radiopharmaceutical production, ensuring cGMP and NRC compliance while leading a small team. Responsibilities include budgeting, cross-functional coordination, and customer-focused problem solving.

You will drive development plans, maintain performance, and coordinate with internal/external groups to support patient treatment through quality, safety, and efficiency. Night shift hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years related work experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Management/Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Understand how to review and manage P&L.
• Lifting: Frequent lifting between 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to see fine particulate and differentiate colors in liquid solutions.
• Ability to hear, write (English), and speak (English) clearly in order to communicate in manufacturing setting.
• Manual dexterity required for equipment operation and occasional reach and lifting of small objects.
• Must be able to work NIGHTS. Typical hours will be 2:00 am – 11:00 am but can vary 4 hours either way

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise small team of personnel in the manufacturing of PET radiopharmaceuticals.
• Review and manage site budget and P&L.
• Responsible to oversee cGMP and NRC regulatory compliance programs at the site level.
• Conduct effective presentations to various sized target audiences, including internal and external groups.
• Make decisions weighing pros and cons and coach subordinates in decision-making.
• Provide direction in discussing and creating development plans.
• Builds confidence and respect through a positive and energizing style.
• Assist work team in achieving goals/commitments and meet own objectives.
• Work within budgetary/financial objectives and apply knowledge of profit drivers.
• Be aware of internal/external business issues and identify long-term opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and interpret their business requirements.
