Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC seeks a Work Control Planner I in Oak Ridge, TN to support corrective and preventive maintenance, outages, and job planning at the Y-12 Complex. The role focuses on creating compliant job packages and coordinating with engineering and safety teams.

The position requires hazard analysis in a nuclear setting, strong planning skills, and effective communication with customers and internal groups. Travel is 30%-50% as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hazard identification and hazard analysis in a nuclear facility.
• Serves as primary contact between the organization and the customer requesting maintenance work: interfaces with technical support groups such as Engineering, Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and others to obtain input to proposed Job methods.
• Sequences work activities and develops a job plan to achieve these tasks for work execution.
• Ensure work permits are obtained, if required to perform the job.

• Prepare job packages per established processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with technical support groups to obtain input for proposed job methods.
• Support the maintenance supervisor to develop schedules and provide safe, clear work instructions.
