Job summary

Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC, located in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks an UPF Maintenance Manager to lead daily nuclear facility maintenance and a multi-disciplinary team. You will plan, execute, and optimize maintenance strategies with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience; alternative qualifications may apply for seniority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• High School diploma with 15+ years of nuclear experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance & operations on nuclear equipment, ensuring safety bases and procedures.
• Lead and develop a positive work environment; resolve personnel issues and grievances.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical requirements and turnover planning.
• Review processes and vendor designs to maximize maintenance efficiency and long-term maintainability.
• Direct oversight of execution supervisors to support asset management and field priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, safety incidents, and costs to drive ISMS and operational programs.
• Interface with maintenance coordinators and stakeholders for scheduling and daily plans.
• Develop and maintain annual labor and non-labor budgets with strategic risk analysis.
• Maintain UPF technical specs and compliance with directives.
