Job summary

Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a NWMO Logistics Manager to support the Production Support Managers and Production Director in daily production scheduling and logistics execution.

You will serve as the primary NWMO POC with OST, lead Label Compliance, oversee HX facility operations, and drive CI initiatives while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures. Strong leadership and scheduling expertise required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified for Q clearance; ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
• Experience in shipping, transportation, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Support Managers and Production Director with scheduling execution.
• Serve as NWMO POC with OST; coordinate scheduling communications.
• Lead Label Compliance personnel and allocate tasks to support capabilities.
• Oversee daily HX facility operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Lead scheduling meetings for multiple shipment types; drive execution.
• Resolve complex scheduling issues to minimize disruption.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
• Coordinate OST activities and ensure compliant operations.
