Job summary

Y-12 National Security Complex seeks an experienced NWMO Logistics Manager to coordinate daily production scheduling, lead shipping operations, and drive CI initiatives. You will act as primary POC with OST, manage Label Compliance, and optimize the HX facility schedule, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with substantial logistics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to resolve complex scheduling issues with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, and transportation operations.
• Ability to develop dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NWMO POC with OST for scheduling coordination.
• Lead and direct Label Compliance personnel to support shipments.
• Oversee daily operations at the HX facility ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings for multiple shipment types and drive execution plans.
• Resolve complex schedule-related issues with customers to protect timelines.
