Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in nuclear licensing, regulatory affairs, engineering, operations or quality.
• Strong understanding of 10 CFR, particularly 10 CFR Part 50.
• Experience working directly with the NRC and managing regulatory interactions.
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated nuclear environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and regulators.

We're supporting a pioneering nuclear technology company developing a first-of-a-kind medical isotope production facility that will transform the global supply of life-saving cancer treatments. As Licensing Manager, you'll lead the licensing strategy, act as the primary interface with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and play a key role in bringing an innovative nuclear facility into operation.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding licensing activities from strategy through execution. You'll lead a team of licensing professionals, work closely with engineering and operations, and influence regulatory engagement on one of the most exciting nuclear projects in North America.
