Job summary

CT19 is pursuing a pioneering nuclear isotope production facility and seeks a Licensing Manager to lead licensing strategy, interfacing with the NRC and guiding licensing execution. Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in nuclear licensing, regulatory affairs, engineering, operations or quality.
• Strong understanding of 10 CFR, particularly 10 CFR Part 50.
• Experience working directly with the NRC and managing regulatory interactions.
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated nuclear environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's nuclear licensing strategy and regulatory engagement.
• Manage a team responsible for licensing and compliance activities.
• Act as the primary interface with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
• Oversee licence applications, amendments, regulatory correspondence and responses to RAIs
• Ensure alignment between engineering, operations and licensing deliverables.
• Maintain the facility licensing basis and support long-term compliance.
• Lead strategic regulatory initiatives while managing departmental budgets and resources.
