Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced Associate in the Nuclear Power Group to aid in License Renewal (LR) and Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) activities across the U.S. nuclear fleet. This hybrid role involves supporting implementation activities, managing projects, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and is proficient in work management systems. Competitive compensation range is $142,710 - $215,440.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in design and analysis of nuclear, industrial, or DOE facilities.
• Proven experience in managing medium-to-large critical projects.
• Experience in providing guidance and mentoring to staff engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support LR/SLR implementation activities such as procedure changes.
• Develop and maintain engineering program basis documentation.
• Interact with clients and NRC explaining aging management strategies.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
