You will contribute to design, specifications, and analyses, collaborating with electrical, computer, mechanical engineers, and control theory specialists.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in engineering with coursework in control systems, mechatronics, or robotics, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with strong academic background and coursework in analog and digital control systems, systems engineering, mechatronics, or robotics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on a multi-discipline engineering team involved in nuclear power plant instrumentation and controls projects.
• Collaborate with electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering teams and control theory specialists.
• Prepare specifications for procurement of instrumentation and control equipment and perform engineering calculations.
• Through mentoring, classroom-style sessions, and on-the-job training, grow engineering knowledge and skills.
• Travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and field verification of designs.
