Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources seeks a Nuclear Maintenance Section Supervisor for I&C to lead a growing team as we restart the Duane Arnold Energy Center and modernize critical plant instrumentation and control systems.

You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, drive safety, quality, and compliance, and coordinate with plant and fleet departments to ensure a safe, reliable restart and long-term plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance/maintenance supervision experience at a nuclear or fossil plant.
• Nuclear experience: 5+ years (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and oversees maintenance procedures.
• Coordinates maintenance activities across plant and fleet teams.
• Enforces safety, procedure compliance and work behaviors.
• Performs on-site safety and quality observations.
• Conducts daily status briefings for work progress.
• Oversees daily activities, training and performance.
• Makes routine supervisory decisions.
• Communicates issues and objectives to management.
• Ensures compliance with ANSI and industry requirements.
