Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Nuclear Maintenance Leader for I&C to supervise the restart of the Duane Arnold Energy Center. You will build and mentor a team, restore and modernize I&C systems, and prepare for safe, reliable restart and long-term operation of the plant.

You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, guide diagnostics, calibration, and performance management, and work across plant and fleet departments to meet safety and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Nuclear experience: 5+ years.
• Experience with maintenance, operations or engineering at nuclear or fossil generating stations: 5+ years.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and oversees maintenance procedures, methods and programs.
• Coordinates maintenance activities among plant and fleet departments.
• Ensures safety, procedure compliance and proper work behaviors.
