Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science from a recognized university.
• Degree in Fire Protection/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Eng preferred.
• Eligible for licensure as a Professional Engineer with PEO.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection assessments and code interpretation for compliance.
• Review FHAs and fire safety documentation; ensure design features meet standards.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and maintenance procedures for fire protection systems.
• Conduct project inspections and witness tests for compliance with plans and standards.
• Support fire protection program oversight and contractor fire protection programs compliance.
• Provide engineering guidance for fire protection equipment and system improvements.
