Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a District Service Manager to lead a nuclear account, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational performance. You will manage a team of field service professionals, drive safety culture, and align service activities with customer objectives.

You will own strategic account relationships, oversee budgeting and revenue growth, and coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance across sites, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service engineering experience, including significant nuclear power experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing experienced technical professionals in a service/engineering environment.
• Proven success managing strategic customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, influencing, accountability, collaboration, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to travel to customer sites to support service operations and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for a key nuclear account, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drive account growth by identifying service and equipment upgrade opportunities that align with customer needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service professionals, fostering safety and high performance.
• Oversee planning and execution of field service activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance support.
• Manage district operations and financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards while driving process improvements.
