Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for the Nuclear Services Group to lead mechanical projects, develop winning proposals, and manage budgets and schedules.

You will maintain client relationships and oversee project teams across multiple locations, including potential remote work for senior engineers. The role requires 6 years in nuclear-related engineering or project management, a relevant engineering degree (or PMP), and a strong grasp of budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in nuclear, power, or industrial as an engineer or PM
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP certification and 10 years of applicable experience
• PE license strongly preferred
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and act as a technical leader to ensure quality goals are met
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget; report financial status to management
• Develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals and support marketing efforts to identify new opportunities
